Athletes move through a simple, organized flow while I guide each one through their portraits. No paper order forms or day-of payments slowing things down.
III. VIEW & ORDER.
Families receive access to their athlete’s private online gallery after Picture Day, where they can view images and order their favorite digital files, prints, and products.

Once your date is reserved, I’ll work with your school, team, or organization to gather rosters, coordinate the schedule, discuss the photography space, and plan the flow for Picture Day. The more we organize ahead of time, the smoother the day runs.
How do families view and order their photos?
Families receive access to their athlete’s private online gallery after Picture Day. From there, they can view their images and order available digital files, prints, and products online. There are no paper order forms or payments to collect on Picture Day.
What types of photos are included?
Picture Day programs can include individual athlete portraits, personality poses, team composites, personalized Signature Sportrait designs, and additional print products. Exact offerings can be customized to fit your organization.
What happens if an athlete misses picture day?
Makeup options can be arranged when needed. We’ll discuss a plan ahead of time so absent athletes can be handled as smoothly as possible without disrupting the main Picture Day.
Is there a cost to the school, team, or organization?
Every program is different, so any booking requirements, minimums, or organization-level costs are discussed before your date is reserved. Families typically purchase their own photos through their private galleries, and there are never surprise fees.
Do you travel for picture days?
Yes! I’m happy to travel within a reasonable distance for schools, teams, leagues, cheer programs, and dance academies. Travel outside my normal service area may include an additional fee, which will always be discussed ahead of time.
